Hello all,
So recently I was just caught up in the shoe making thing, it's a very fun process to complete a shoe. Like when you start, you come up with 10zillion themes of what you'd want to draw and then eventually you skim through them and get one that you like the best. Just like that I got to sit with a friend (Hamza) and then decided on a theme: Japan.
The over all painting process wasn't time taking at all, It's just a matter of a single click of a mind - the idea that hits your mind of how the design should be like and once you translate the idea onto a paper nothing's left then except for the fun part. Also, the initial help from two very nice people here Jacob Patterson:
pattersonart.deviantart.com/ and Bobsmade:
bobsmade.deviantart.com/ was very much appreciated - infact they really made me start doing the shoes. Check out their galleries for some inspiration.
Following is the thumbnail of the shoe painted.
and the next pair:
Just to let you know that all the material used is water proof stuff. I'll also be taking orders for it so send me a note if you're interested in getting your ONE OF A KIND pair of shoes and they'll be called "Foot Soliders"
Now the awesome part, just yesterday I discovered that my work got featured on different websites. Let me link you to it.
